Felicia
Felicia was elected to the Torch of Wisdom Foundation Board of Directors in 2009 and currently serves as the Director of Facilities and previously held the position of the Vice President. Felicia believes the Torch of Wisdom Foundation's mission aligns with her personal and professional commitment to philanthropy and community impact. She is motivated by her life experiences and the privilege to support others to achieve their personal, social, educational, and quality of life goals.
She is employed by Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit and serves as Chief Mission Officer and Executive Vice President of Employment & Training. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading, developing and directing workforce development and life skills programs to address the education, training and employment needs of individuals served.
Felicia attended Michigan State University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work, and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. She is a member of National Association of Multicultural Rehabilitation Concerns and Michigan Association of Multicultural Rehabilitation Concerns. Felecia is also a member of Southfield Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
